Money Fox is a personal-finance media service owned and operated by Foxhound Digital LTDA, a Brazilian limited-liability company (CNPJ 44.451.109/0001-10) (“Money Fox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We publish articles, calculators, and other resources to help users build or rebuild credit and navigate everyday money decisions.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
- Some tools require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

All content on Money Fox—including text, graphics, logos, calculators, and code—is owned by Foxhound Digital LTDA or its licensors and protected by Brazilian, U.S., and international copyright and trademark laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted.
6. No Professional or Financial Advice
Money Fox provides educational and informational content only.
- We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax adviser.
- Nothing on the Service constitutes personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance tailored to your situation.
- Decisions you make based on our content or tools are your sole responsibility.
7. Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure
We fund Money Fox through programmatic advertising and clearly labeled affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link or apply for a product, we may earn a commission—but you will never pay more because of it. Relationships with advertisers do not influence our editorial opinions.
8. User Conduct – Things You Agree Not to Do
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Scrape, crawl, or use any automated means to access the Service for competitive or commercial purposes.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain source code or proprietary algorithms.
- Use the Service to advertise or promote products without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, with or without notice.
9. Third-Party Links & Content
The Service contains links to third-party websites and ads. We do not control or endorse those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or products. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information is complete or current.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Money Fox and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms is limited to USD 100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Fox, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- Venue: Courts located in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection statute in your local jurisdiction requires otherwise.
- Informal resolution first: Contact us at team@foxhound.com.br before filing any claim—most issues can be resolved quickly.
- Class-action waiver: You and Money Fox agree to litigate claims only on an individual basis and not as a class or other representative action.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Sections 5–13 survive termination.
15. Changes, Interruptions, & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
16. DMCA & Copyright Complaints (U.S. users)
If you believe content on Money Fox infringes your copyright, send a detailed notice to team@foxhound.com.br (“DMCA Notice” in the subject line). Include: (1) your contact info, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) URL of infringing material, (4) statement of good-faith belief, (5) statement under penalty of perjury, and (6) your signature.
